Rise is an expansion society for heart-centered womxn who feel that the truest healing happens in community. It's a sisterhood for those who are looking to grow both personally and professionally, in a deeply aligned way. Rise is rooted in growth, learning, vulnerability, honesty and connection.
This 6 month container is a place for you to see and experience what living in alignment looks and feels like so you’re empowered to embody your full expression.
Alongside your community, you’ll be guided to feel devoted to your authenticity, to live out your desires, and to be ignited by the amplification of your truest essence.

90 minute community circle each month to discuss that month's theme with additional suggested materials
1 guest expert workshop each month to gain new perspective, insight and understanding of the theme

Access to the Rise library that has 30+ hours of workshops and a bundle of resources that will continuously be added to as I am inspired to do so (think journal prompts, guided audios/meditations, printable downloads, etc)

Rise is a 6-month commitment with the intention of leaning deeply into the work and showing up consistently for your sisterhood and yourself. You'll be building relationships and trust with yourself and others, so it's important that the community is reliable and committed so the container remains safe to get vulnerable and all members are on the same page, energetically.
